For contractors & handymen

Turn website visitors into reviewed, priced leads.

An estimate widget on your own website collects photos, scope, and a callback window, checks the ZIP against your service area, and sends the full lead to your dashboard. Munibot drafts a cited estimate, and nothing is quoted until you review it.

Contractors & handymen

Turn website visitors into reviewed, priced leads.

The problem: Phone tag and vague requests eat your evenings, and every estimate starts from scratch.

  1. 1

    Add one script tag

The estimate widget lives on your own website, checks each job's ZIP against your service area, and flags anything outside it for your review.

  2. 2

Get the job, not a guess

Homeowners send photos, scope, and a callback window, and the full lead lands in your dashboard.

  3. 3

    Start from a cited draft

Munibot drafts labor and materials with linked sources, with hours calibrated to reference jobs you add. Nothing is quoted until you review it.

What you get

What you get

A widget on your own site

One script tag adds the estimate launcher to your website, and each job's ZIP is checked against your service area.

Complete leads, not phone tag

Each lead arrives with the customer's contact details, photos, project description, and callback window.

A cited draft you review

Generate a draft with labor and materials tables, assumptions, and risk flags. It is preliminary until you review it.

New-lead notifications

Turn on push notifications for a device from the Leads page so you hear about new leads as they arrive.

Access and pricing

Flat monthly plans

Starter

$49/mo

30 AI estimates per billing period

Pro

$99/mo

70 AI estimates per billing period

Shop

$199/mo

140 AI estimates per billing period

Each plan is a flat monthly price with a fixed number of AI estimates. There are no overage charges. If you reach your limit, new leads still arrive in your dashboard with the customer's photos and details, but without an AI price, and you can price them yourself. Your limit resets each billing period.

Workspaces are set up by an administrator after a short review, then you choose a plan from Billing in your dashboard.

What we ask for

  • Your business name, and your role in it
  • The cities, townships, or counties you serve
  • Your trade, your website address, and the kinds of jobs you want leads for, in a few sentences (no confidential customer data)
  • A Google sign-in with your account email when an administrator adds you, so your identity can be verified

What happens next

  1. 1

Create an account and request a workspace

Signed-out visitors create an account first, then land on a short reviewed-intake form.

  2. 2

    We review the fit

Munibot reviews your trade, service area, website, and identity.

  3. 3

    Your workspace is set up

An administrator sets up your estimate widget and contractor workspace. No role is self-assigned, and submitting a request does not grant access to another business's data.
