1. The service

Munibot helps you plan do-it-yourself projects: generating design concepts, build plans, schedules, and material cost estimates using AI models, and tracking your progress. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Safety & professional-advice disclaimer

AI-generated plans, estimates, and suggestions are informational starting points — not professional engineering, architectural, electrical, plumbing, or legal advice.

You are responsible for verifying structural requirements, permits, inspections, and local building codes with qualified professionals and your local authorities before and during any build. Never rely on the service for work that could affect life safety (structural, electrical, gas, or load-bearing work) without professional review. You assume all risk for how you use the plans and information the service produces.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may not abuse the service — including attempting to bypass plan limits or rate limits, scraping, reselling AI output as a competing service, or uploading content you don't have rights to.

4. Plans, credits & billing

Paid project passes are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Each pass grants the project slots and AI credit bundle shown at checkout; it does not renew automatically. Credits do not expire solely because a billing month ends and do not convert to cash. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, notes, project details). You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service — storing your content, and sending relevant parts of it to our AI model providers to generate your plans. We don't sell your content.

6. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
